As part of her practice, Petra focuses on development projects and their financing, M&A and franchising. In the past, she has been involved in acquisitions in the food, sports nutrition, cosmetics, dietary supplements, broadcasting, electronics, car and motorbike racing. In the area of development projects, she focuses on financing, construction management, construction and sales. She is also experienced in cooperative financing and subsequent cooperative construction and, last but not least, in the purchase and sale of properties or projects within the real estate business.
