Ladislav Šelepa

Ladislav focuses on mergers and acquisitions across sectors – from startups to industrial companies to real estate. He has been involved in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, including restructurings and distress situations. Selected projects include UniControls, Mailstep (Emma Capital), Roivenue (ScanmarQED), Fondee (Direct), Filuta.ai and the Bellevue Palace in Prague. He graduated from the University of Economics, Prague, and also studied at the BI Norwegian Business School and NHH in Bergen. He is an active member of the Prague Finance Institute, where he serves as Head of Publishing.
