Luboš Martinák

Luboš Martinák works at TARPAN Partners as Senior Associate. He gained most of his experience at Komerční banka, where he spent the largest part of his career to date. He was involved in several major transactions and the subsequent post-acquisition integration of target companies. Today he focuses primarily on M&A advisory and distress situations. He graduated in Finance and Business Valuation from the University of Economics, Prague.
