Jan Forejtar

Jan Forejtar is a junior associate at TARPAN Legal. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and commercial contracts. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and completed part of his studies at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he completed internships at the Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic and with the Government Agent for the representation of the Czech Republic before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU). He also served as a research assistant at the faculty. He subsequently gained transactional experience as part of the Deloitte Legal team. Jan provides legal services in Czech and English.
