Zdeněk Zůna

Zdeněk Zůna is a cooperating attorney at TARPAN Legal with more than fifteen years of experience in private law, having previously worked at the law firms Šebek & Partners and eLegal. He focuses primarily on drafting commercial contracts, from the smallest agreements to complex transactions handled in parallel across multiple jurisdictions. In recent years he has specialized in software law. Privately, he is engaged in business valuations and stock market investments. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Charles University and the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics, Prague.
