Martin Malecha

Martin Malecha is an associate attorney at TARPAN Legal, specializing in litigation, contract law, commercial and corporate law, and transaction advisory in the field of M&A. He has been practicing law as an attorney since 2025, having previously worked at TARPAN Legal as a junior associate. As part of his dispute resolution practice, he represents clients before general courts. In the contractual and corporate areas, he drafts and negotiates contract documentation and provides comprehensive legal advice on transactions and acquisitions. He graduated in law from the Faculty of Law at Charles University and completed a one-year study stay at Cardiff University. He provides legal services in Czech and English.
