Michal Kuděj

Michal specialises in corporate finance, investment structures and restructuring processes. He co-founded TARPAN Partners in 2010. Since 1991, in his various roles he has acted as a consultant on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and other business combinations, and has also traded on the capital market and invested into new projects. Recently he has been involved with major restructuring projects both as part of insolvency proceedings and outside them. In 2016, he became a member of the academic board of the Harry Pollak Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency, part of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague, where he covers corporate crisis and insolvency and its resolution. In addition, he teaches turnaround management for the Faculty’s Department of Strategy. He also teaches turnaround management for the Faculty’s Department of Strategy.
