Tomáš Kozubek

Tomáš is a founding partner of TARPAN Group. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, strategic advisory, and startups. He has extensive experience in selling companies, negotiating and structuring complex transactions. Having co-founded and grown businesses himself, he also serves as a mentor and investor in startups. His experience across multiple roles gives him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by business owners, management teams, and investors alike. Earlier in his career, he also advised senior executives as a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
