Luděk Skoupil is Managing Partner of TARPAN Legal and co-founder of TARPAN Partners. He has practiced law since 2012, focusing on corporate governance, M&A and the creation of investment structures across Central and Eastern Europe. Previously, he held senior executive positions at PPF Partners, PPF Investments and Credit Suisse Life & Pensions, where for nearly fifteen years he was responsible for legal management, compliance and investment structures in the Czech Republic and abroad.
