Daniel is an expert in restructuring and revitalising companies, turnaround management, avoiding credit risk and resolving legally complicated situations in companies. During his banking carrier he worked on many projects and transactions in the area of corporate finance, syndicated loans and structured finance, M&A and trade finance, real estate transaction and financing of public and municipal sphere. He also participated in major reorganization projects and insolvency solutions. Daniel is a member of the academic board of the Harry Pollak Centre for Restructuring and Insolvency, part of the Faculty of Business Administration at the University of Economics, Prague, and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the CR and Agricultural Chamber of the CR.
