Tomas specialises in M&A and financing. He spent large part of his professional career abroad, mainly in Asia. He began his career at KPMG Singapore, where he focused on audit and assurances services, special situations, and due diligence. He previously managed corporate development for companies in the Czech Republic and Asia with focus on M&A, investment financing, strategy and control of the companies in their respective investment portfolios. Tomáš has experience with transactions in the Czech Republic and abroad, deal negotiation, due diligence, fundraising, corporate strategy, and finance.
